Estimate process was much more thorough. Evaluated the situation and offered solutions that covered more than just gutter replacement including extending roof longevity. Others just based estimates on linear feet. Crew was also excellent and once the job was complete felt like we got the best installation. New gutters look great.

Did a lot of research and the Mastershield product seemed best, I had a few other brands give quotes as well Rhino etc. and while not the cheapest the MS product itself along with the lifetime warranty was best. Jim who did the initial run through and quote was professional and picked up on things that others did not notice with the current gutters. The office even send 2 diff sets of color MS covers to make sure the color was perfect. Install was smooth and professional as well, new gutters and MS installed in a day. So far so good, and with all the rain we have had thus far in Seattle the products and install seem GREAT.

Having paid several thousand dollars for our previous gutter system which worked not at all, we have somewhat higher hopes for this based on the demo, and found your price to be reasonable. Ask me about the gutters themselves when we get one of those big storms.

Everything was done very professionally. The workers were diligent, thorough & seemed to really care about doing a good job & doing it right. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day & were careful of our foundation plantings (I was exceptionally pleased about that!) We haven't had any rain so we haven't seen the gutters "at work" yet, but since there is an unconditional guarantee, we're not worried about that. The office people & salesman were very responsive (& available) to answer any questions that came up. All in all, a very well handled business transaction. Thank you!
