Some glitches at the beginning and we felt we fell off of your radar. But once we reconnected, it was good. I would suggest sending out this survey a little later after final install. This gives us enough time to see how the gutters work. We had not had a substantial rain to really say how we felt about the product.
We were not told about the 3% surcharge if we put it on our credit card. We only found out after the project was completed and we were making our final payment. I was able to resolve the issue but I think that your contract should give 2 final bids. One for cash and the other for credit cards. And the mention of the 3% surcharge should also be on the final contract. This covers it if the salesperson forgets to mention it.
We had had multiple years in which our gutters were torn off due to the heavy snow in North Bend building up in the gutters. Your design was pitched to the slope of the roof which we HOPE will shed the snow from the roof and gutters and will prevent that from happening again.
