Challenge
This homeowner noticed that not only were her gutters clogged and overflowing, but there was moss and algae growing on her roof right where the gutters ended. This is a problem occurs frequently here in Washington State, because of our rather rainy weather, if proper tie-ins are not installed, mold, moss, and algae will grow on your roof, in your gutters, and down your siding!

Solution
After assessing the problem, Jim knew what needed to be done…not only did the homeowner need new gutters, MasterShield, and some fascia replaced, she also needed tie-ins. That is the piece of downspout that connects from the upper levels of your home, directly to the gutters below. The roof was also treated to get rid of the unsightly green built up.
